User-directed backlog reset on 2026-08-16: all open tickets frozen with the frozen label; this ticket is the scheduled expiry review.

Instructions

On or after 2026-09-13, for each still-open frozen ticket:

  1. Check whether any live-run fix since 2026-08-16 touched the same area
  2. Matches are unfrozen or closed-as-fixed with evidence
  3. All remaining frozen tickets are bulk-closed with the note: "superseded by live-run reset, 2026-08-16"
