From the 2026-07-16 os-* standards audit (cc-architect audit-plugin): os-backlog deviates from ADR-0025 in two ways. (1) bin/wakeup-poll is a second independent CLI entry point beside the bin/os-backlog dispatcher — consolidate it as a dispatcher subcommand. (2) No plugin README naming its external gem dependency, required by ADR-0025 item 4 — after the retire-planka-git-issues-only change lands, name whatever gems remain. Deliberately NOT fixed in the audit worktree to avoid conflicting with the in-flight rework; fold into or after that change.
