Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Context
Surfaced running /os-sdlc:implement #412 from a git worktree (.claude/worktrees/issue-412). .cc-os/config is untracked, so worktrees do not carry it, and os-sdlc tracker_from_config only looks at the project root (the worktree). os-backlog already solves this with ConfigLocator resolving from the owning repo root; os-sdlc should do the same or reuse it. Workaround on 2026-08-16 was hand-copying the config file into the worktree.
VERDICT: CREATE — observed real failure with an existing analogous fix (os-backlog ConfigLocator) to point to.
Root ticket filed: #418. This ticket is a symptom.
Frozen in the 2026-08-16 backlog reset — see #419 for the expiry procedure. Do not work unless a live run rediscovers this issue.
