Context

Surfaced in #258: the sentence-complexity cop (max 30 words) forced ADR-0096's amended wording to be re-punctuated when quoted in wayfinder-conventions.md. Exact decision wording quoted verbatim arguably shouldn't be lint-split. Affects plugins/os-aidd-lint Tier-1 cops.
