cc-architect has no .rubocop.yml of its own; linted against os-sdlc's cop set, scripts/plugin_config/test/test_cli.rb shows ~40 Metrics/MethodLength and Sdlc/Dry/DuplicatedStatementSequence offenses. Decide whether os-sdlc cops are meant to gate cc-architect; if yes, plan cleanup; if no, add config/excludes. Surfaced during #381.
