bin/aidd-lint run over plugins/ scans plugins/os-aidd-lint/tmp/aidd-tier2-*/ prompt/findings scratch files left by tier-2 prepare runs, polluting full-tree results (observed 2026-07-31: three false invoked-by hits). Exclude tmp/ generically in the scanner (and consider gitignoring plugins/os-aidd-lint/tmp/ if it isn't already).
