Last remaining Sdlc/Dry/DuplicatedStatementSequence offense after #389 scoping: plugins/cc-architect/scripts/plugin_config/operations/audit.rb:207. Decide: extract shared method or inline disable. Depends on #388's decision on whether os-sdlc cops gate cc-architect.
