Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The CI --tier2 path has no wire-integrity gate for judge output. Judge#offenses_from (plugins/os-aidd-lint/lib/aidd_lint/tier2/judge.rb) silently returns [] when the claude -p output is prose-wrapped NONE (strip != NONE_SENTINEL, but no line matches FINDING_LINE) — CI exits 0 and treats garbled judge output as clean. The in-session path's FindingsFileInvoker correctly classifies the same output as invoker_failed (malformed findings). CI needs an equivalent gate.
Found 2026-07-29 while diagnosing the charter-judge NONE-narration bug. Prompt-side mitigation (post-subject format reminder in references/tier2-judge-prompt.md + charter-judge.md re-anchor) shipped, but residual model noncompliance remains ungated on the CI path.
Frozen in the 2026-08-16 backlog reset — see #419 for the expiry procedure. Do not work unless a live run rediscovers this issue.
