Context

Surfaced during the 2026-08-06 mine-lints run: skills/mine-lints/references/implement-cop.md says new cop tests are added to tests/all.rb's LIVE_TEST_FILES — that list no longer exists; all.rb globs **/*_test.rb recursively, so no wiring edit is needed. Update the reference to match.

Confirmed drift still present at implement-cop.md:22 (LIVE_TEST_FILES reference; all.rb now uses Dir.glob). Left open — doc fix not yet applied.
