Pipeline run for #352 hit MissingValue on the test-writer gate ({{red_assert_command}}). Decide the per-target red_assert_command value (e.g. negated test_command) and add it to .sdlc/project.yaml, or make the gate degrade gracefully. Scope: project/os-sdlc.
