Left by the safe autocorrect pass in #384 (commits ee9da44, 38bc1cc, 1c6b936). Review each cop group and either apply the unsafe correction manually with tests green, or record why it stays. Same procedure as #383. Also confirm two 644->755 file-mode flips are intended: plugins/cc-architect/scripts/validate_marketplaces.rb and plugins/os-vault/eval/fixture/project/bin/reportgen.
