In #297, with .sdlc/project.yaml defining os-aidd-lint code_path/test_path and --target passed, dispatch prompts still contained 'code_path=lib (default -- project-config unresolved)'. Target resolution seems not threaded into prompt building.

Still open: blocked by #303 (also open, unresolved). project.rb/lint_worklist_target.rb show no target-in-artifact.yml threading yet.
