In plugins/os-sdlc/bin/os-sdlc, parse_options does options = defaults.dup on frozen constant hashes (e.g. AC_LINT_DEFAULTS). The dup is shallow, so the :tests default [] is one shared mutable Array across all calls in a process. Currently inert (CLI exits after one command) but a landmine if any command runs twice in-process. Fix: deep-dup or build defaults per call. Found during 2026-07-23 lint refactor review.
Frozen in the 2026-08-16 backlog reset — see #419 for the expiry procedure. Do not work unless a live run rediscovers this issue.
