Destination
The eleven-node POODR implementation map (interpret → probe → trace → seam → test → test-review → implement → refactor → design-audit → behavior-verify) runs end-to-end under /os-sdlc:implement, proven on one supervised ticket.
Spec: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-spec.md
Blueprint: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-implementation-map-blueprint.md
Decision log: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-decisions.md
Notes
Uninterrupted-loop build: mid-build decisions go to the perspectives+codex committee per spec §5, logged, never asked. ESCALATE entries put the ticket in
waitingand the loop moves on.Decisions so far
(none)
Not yet specified
Post-drive follow-ups: diff/code_evidence enrich facts, expected-red gate, green baseline, bound calibration (spec §7).
Out of scope
Runner schema changes; retiring maps/coding.yaml.
Origin
Created as parent issue for POODR map build tasks.
Resolution
Done: The eleven-node POODR implementation map is built and proven: maps/poodr-implementation.yaml (byte-for-byte from blueprint §1, all eight validator checks tested), six new agents (change-interpreter, message-tracer, test-reviewer, behavior-verifier, refactorer, contract-auditor) and two conversions (code-probe, seam-designer) on the stop-message handoff contract, three-scope WriteGuard, and one supervised end-to-end drive (#467) that took real ticket #457 to merge-ready with both correction loops firing on real defects. All ten child tickets (#459-#468) closed through the protocol. Architecture recorded as ADR-0138.
Evidence: Commits 7662b7a..099d922 on main (suite 1007 runs, 0 failures at close). Drive record: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-first-drive.md. Decision log: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-decisions.md (D01-D05). Blueprint §9: 8 criteria met, 3 partial with tracked tickets.
Follow-ups: All captured with skeptic verdicts during the build: #469 (sidecar path matching), #470 (nil-verdict wedge), #471 (remaining FK refs), #472 (handoff target prefix mismatch), #473 (self-hosted schema wipe), #474 (Edit/Bash guard bypass); O7 test-lint routing merged into #453 as a design requirement; D02/R4 live checks scoped onto #454 by comment. No others.
Needs review: Decision-log entries flagged by the close-out audit for human review: D03 (drive-ticket choice — the single highest-confidence voter, codex at 92, dissented and the orchestrator accepted the lower-confidence majority) and D05 (mid-drive runner production fix — codex at 92 dissented for the reversible workaround; the ruling changed runner code in scope the drive had not pre-authorized, TDD'd and reviewed but worth your read). Both entries carry the full committee tables.
Resolution
Done: POODR implementation map shipped: all ten child tickets (#459–#468) closed; maps/poodr-implementation.yaml, six new agents plus two stop-message conversions, three-scope WriteGuard, D05 gate-target fix, ADR-0138; first supervised drive (#457) ran all eleven nodes to merge-ready with both correction loops firing on real defects
Evidence: Commits 7662b7a..099d922 on main, suite 1007 runs / 0 failures; drive narrative docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-first-drive.md; rulings in docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-decisions.md — D03 and D05 reviewed and approved by jared 2026-08-21
Follow-ups: Already captured as skeptic-gated tickets #469, #470, #471, #472, #473, #474; test-lint routing gap merged into #453; R4 guard live proof deferred to #454
