Work started via /loop build session (spec §7 ticket 6). Adding new agents test-reviewer (blueprint §4.6) and behavior-verifier (§4.10).

Resolution

Done: Created agents/test-reviewer.md (blueprint §4.6: Read/Grep/Glob, opus, TEST/FAILURE/CORRECTION handoff, rejects private-method tests, coupling, and unexpectedly-green tests) and agents/behavior-verifier.md (blueprint §4.10: Read/Grep/Glob, opus, BEHAVIOR/TEST/CORRECTION handoff, verifies observable ticket fidelity without critiquing structure). Added one agent test each mirroring the #463 pattern; red phase: 26 ENOENT errors + 2 failures on absent files.

Evidence: Commit f7dc335. Orchestrator re-verified independently: suite 941 runs, 2431 assertions, 0 failures; rubocop 2 files, no offenses; both agent bodies read and checked against blueprint §4.6/§4.10. bin/refresh-plugins run by the build agent.

Follow-ups: none — the build agent's only suggestions were the already-existing tickets #465/#466.
