Two checks deferred to this hook-driven run by the #458 close-out: (1) D02 re-check — tools: [] on change-interpreter has no live spawn evidence yet (the #467 drive could not register the new agent types); confirm the zero-tool spawn works. (2) R4 — Write-guard scope behavior end-to-end (unit-covered in #466, unevaluable in #467 because fallback agent types never matched the guard's role table). Also relevant: #472 (handoff target prefix mismatch) predicts hook-reported prefixed types may compose handoff: null — this run will confirm or clear it.
