Refresh plugin cache; History rows in owning implementation-status leaves; /os-adr:find sweep over touched paths, ADR create/supersede as needed; reconcile blueprint/spec with shipped reality; audit poodr-map-decisions.md and flag entries needing human review; check blueprint §9 acceptance criteria; close all children and the map parent via the os-backlog close protocol.
Spec: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-spec.md (ticket 10); blueprint sections cited there are authoritative.

Done: Close-out complete: plugin cache refreshed (post-merge); History row appended to docs/implementation-status/os-sdlc.md; /os-adr:find run across all touched paths and ADR-0138 created (POODR map + role-scoped write guard, amends ADR-0126); blueprint and spec reconciled with dated Reconciliation sections (six deltas each); blueprint §9 checked criterion-by-criterion (8 met, 3 partial — partials tracked as #470 and #474); poodr-map-decisions.md audited (D01-D05 complete, no ruled entry edited).
