Work started via /loop build session (spec §7 ticket 7). Adding new agents refactorer (blueprint §4.8) and contract-auditor (§4.9).

Resolution

Done: Created agents/refactorer.md (blueprint §4.8: Read/Write/Glob/Grep/Bash + os-sdlc:code-write skill, opus, CHANGE/RATIONALE handoff without a verdict field — correct, refactorer is a gate-verdict node in the map) and agents/contract-auditor.md (blueprint §4.9: read-only Read/Grep/Glob, opus, CONTRACT/CORRECTION handoff with pass/fail/error). Added one agent test each; red phase: 29 ENOENT errors + 2 failures on absent files.

Evidence: Commit 0cc74e7. Suite re-verified by the orchestrator: 973 runs, 2517 assertions, 0 failures. Rubocop: 2 files, no offenses. bin/refresh-plugins run. All six new agents plus two conversions are now shipped.

Follow-ups: Build agent suggested wiring the nodes into map routing — dropped as already done: maps/poodr-implementation.yaml (ticket #460, commit 09ad247) already carries the refactorer and contract-auditor nodes and edges, proven by the validator test (ticket-skeptic verdict: duplicate of shipped work).
