Resolution

Done: Ran ticket #457 end-to-end through maps/poodr-implementation.yaml to the merge-ready terminal: all eleven nodes dispatched, every handoff/gate/edge/bound-spend captured, both correction loops exercised with real defects (test-reviewer caught a syntax-broken test and routed the bounded fail edge to test-writer round 2; contract-auditor caught a mis-grouped relation column and routed to refactorer round 2). Two committee rulings mid-drive (D04 scope, D05 gate blocker). R3 evaluated: not triggered (largest gate output ~3.5KB, attribution succeeded both times). R4 evaluated: not evaluable — fallback agent types never matched the guard's role table; live proof stays with #454. Full record: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/poodr-map-first-drive.md.

Evidence: Merged to main at 9749b87 (feature + drive record + D04/D05) and 4fc10e5 (D05 gate fix). Suite 1007 runs, 0 failures; #457 closed through the drive. Drive record commits the complete event log, observations O1-O7, and the R3/R4 evaluation.

Follow-ups: Captured with skeptic verdicts: #470 (nil-verdict wedge), #471 (remaining FK refs), #472 (handoff target prefix mismatch, O2), #473 (self-hosted schema wipe, O6). O7 (test-lint unroutable) merged into #453 as a design requirement per skeptic MERGE-INTO ruling. O1 is frozen #415 (already tracked). No others.
