Work started via /loop build session (spec §7 ticket 3). Converting code-probe per blueprint §4.2: stop-message handoff, no .sdlc/tickets// files, BEHAVIOR: carried forward.

Resolution

Done: Converted agents/code-probe.md to blueprint §4.2: stop-message YAML handoff (summary/items/verdict) with BEHAVIOR/ENTRY/EVIDENCE/UNKNOWN item prefixes, BEHAVIOR carried forward verbatim, pass/fail/error verdict definitions, and the ticket-scoped evidence-file write removed. Tool allowlist unchanged (Read, Glob, Grep, Bash). Added tests/code_probe_agent_test.rb mirroring the existing agent-test pattern; red phase showed 8 contract failures against the old agent.

Evidence: Commit a256eae. Suite: 878 runs, 2213 assertions, 0 failures. Rubocop clean on the new test. bin/refresh-plugins run. No existing test weakened. Verified by grep: no .sdlc/tickets or evidence-brief references remain under skills/.

Follow-ups: Companion-skill consistency concern from the build agent: dropped — grep across plugins/os-sdlc/skills/ finds zero evidence-brief or .sdlc/tickets references, so there is nothing to reconcile (ticket-skeptic verdict: no observable symptom, no ticket).
