#438 (map-driven os-sdlc runner build spec). Design: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/map-runner-design.md. Settled decisions + guard-manifest process: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/interface-sketches.md.

What to build

Fresh-context close-out of the whole build: full test suite green, rubocop clean, a code review of the accumulated branch/diff against #438's acceptance criteria and the guard manifests, build-plan checkmarks and one History row in the os-sdlc implementation-status leaf (ADR-0032, rows append at bottom), then close #438 via os-backlog close with --done, --evidence, and --follow-ups (each follow-up either explicitly none/dropped or captured with a ticket-skeptic verdict). Do not close #438 any other way.

Done: Whole-diff close-out review of #438 executed (91 files, 18 commits); its findings remediated: B1 fixed (agents/reviewer.md and programmer.md realigned to the YAML stop-message handoff; closed-set pass/fail/error verdict validation TDD'd into HandoffContent so rogue verdicts are rejected at intake), stale docs corrected (map-runner-design status, operators-manual ADR-0134, agent-design-principles fresh-agent model, handoff-artifact-format rewritten), slice-0 history row added, D57 recorded accepting the unsketched extractions and the ADR-0136 manifest back-amendment

Evidence: Suite 851 runs, 2146 assertions, 0 failures; rubocop 0 offenses on touched files; diffs verified in session 2026-08-21; D57 in docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/interface-sketches.md
