#438 (map-driven os-sdlc runner build spec). Design: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/map-runner-design.md. Settled decisions + guard-manifest process: docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/interface-sketches.md.

First step before any code: run the seam-design pass per docs/os-sdlc-rebuild/seam-design-prompt.md to produce this slice's interface sketch. The sketch is the guard manifest: any class, public method, or signature change beyond it → stop, comment on this ticket, do not write it.

What to build

SKILL.md and reference docs describe the map-driven runner; round-only wording is retired. Known-stale spots: plugins/os-sdlc/CLAUDE.md still claims a red gate is terminal and names InstructionQuery/CompletionIntake as sequencing owners; CLI help text still says round-open. Run bin/refresh-plugins so active sessions see the changes.

Acceptance criteria

No round-only wording remains where implementation-scoped wording applies
plugins/os-sdlc/CLAUDE.md matches ADR-0134 routing and the NextStep naming
CLI help/desc text names the four entrypoints correctly
bin/refresh-plugins run and confirmed

Done: doc sweep per approved slice-7 sketch (D41–D48, OQ5–OQ7), including the SKILL.md terminal-instruction defect fix

Evidence: commit 4ba882e; suite 850 runs 0 failures; rubocop clean on touched files; bin/refresh-plugins run, all plugins synchronized

Follow-ups: #452 (Round* identifier rename), #451 (red_assert gate + test-writer node); #447 close-out is next and is the only ticket that closes #438
