What to build

Prove the pipeline end to end and record the decision. Drive a real ticket through intake → code-probe → seam-designer → test-writer: both edge briefs produced, artifact written and carried into test-writer's brief. Record the ADR for the new state and artifact contract (extends ADR-0112/0113) as the first maps-as-data extension, noting whether the recipe (row + agent file + one scoped assembly change) held.

Acceptance criteria

End-to-end run produces the numbered briefs for both edges and the decision artifact (spec AC 3)
Gate rejection path observed or test-covered end to end (retry once, then escalation)
ADR created via the project ADR workflow
Full suite green

Done: Maps-as-data recipe proven live end-to-end: shipped default.yaml traversed via Engine#handle_event (code-probe -> seam-designer -> test-writer) with real seam gate, artifact, and retry/escalation; ADR-0116 records the recipe held (#352: row+agent file only; #353: one substantive assembly change); status-leaf row added

Evidence: commit 65772db on worktree-ticket-354; suite 872 runs / 0 failures; reviewer APPROVE verdict in .sdlc/tickets/354/verdict.md; ticket-owned files rubocop-clean under plugins/os-sdlc/.rubocop.yml
