What to build

The same audit for Sdlc/Structural/RawFileContentAssertion's 31 test-file offenses: each classified as a real test-quality defect versus cop miscalibration, with a recommended cop change if miscalibrated, posted as a comment on #369.

Acceptance criteria

  • All 31 offenses reviewed and classified (defect vs. miscalibration)
  • Verdict comment posted on #369 with the classification breakdown
  • If miscalibrated: a concrete recommended cop change is stated (not implemented)

Done: Audited Sdlc/Structural/RawFileContentAssertion: all 36 current offenses (31 at filing, count drifted) classified — 30 miscalibration (asserting on classes whose whole contract IS the rendered document: Adr::Index/MigrationReport markdown, AiddLint::Report per ADR-0027), 6 real defects (os-backlog checkout/issues tests bypassing existing parsers; one cc-architect loose JSON check)

Evidence: Verdict comment posted on #369; recommended carve-out for generated-document classes, and scoping #370 to the 6 real-defect lines

Follow-ups: Consolidated decision incl. cop carve-out is #378's scope; no separate tickets
