Document wayfinder conventions in os-backlog references and exempt wayfinder:* from readiness sweeps (design doc §Wayfinder integration, ADR-0096): wayfinder:map/wayfinder:<type> labels, Map: #NNN, Blocked by #NNN; map spawn is flag + human charts; assembly ticket at charting; wayfinder:<type> supersedes readiness labels with the sweep-failure ready-for-human exception; list/loop tooling skips wayfinder:* in readiness sweeps.

Acceptance criteria

Given os-backlog references, when read, then the wayfinder conventions are documented once, with no parallel os-backlog vocabulary.
Given a wayfinder:* issue, when list/wakeup tooling sweeps readiness, then the issue is skipped.
Given the exception, when documented, then it matches ADR-0096's amended wording.
Artifacts pass os-aidd-lint.

Non-goals

No wayfinder skill changes (it lives in user settings, not this repo); no map automation.

Done: Wayfinder conventions documented once in plugins/os-backlog/references/wayfinder-conventions.md (labels, Map:/Blocked-by body lines, flag+human-charts map spawn, assembly ticket, supersedes-readiness rule with the ADR-0096 sweep-failure exception verbatim); Backlog::Wakeup.tier skips any wayfinder:* label before the readiness check, wakeup-poll honors :skip. 109 tests green; aidd-lint clean on the new doc; bin/refresh-plugins run.
