Context

2026-08-12 fleet image review (ticket #5, first occurrence) found invoiceninja-db-1 running mariadb:10.11. Current MariaDB majors available are 11.4, 11.8, 12.2, 12.3 — 10.11 is the older LTS line. (Note: bestsolartech's separate mariadb:10.11 + WP core staleness is already tracked in ticket #7 — this ticket is invoiceninja-specific and should not duplicate that work.)

Suggested steps

Confirm invoiceninja app compatibility with MariaDB 11.x.
Plan backup (mysqldump or volume tar) + upgrade + verification for the invoiceninja stack.
Schedule a maintenance window (production service).
