Context

Ticket #4 refreshed the container image to wordpress:7.0.3-php8.3-apache, but the webroot is bind-mounted, so WP core files on disk are untouched and remain 6.4.9 — far behind current (7.0.4). Needs a dedicated core + plugin compatibility upgrade (wp-cli or wp-admin updater), with the usual DB dump + wp-content backup first. Related: mariadb:10.11 staleness was also noted as out of scope in #4. See evidence comment on issue #4.
