The source DigitalOcean VPS (hyperthrive-docker-services, 161.35.12.75)
was deleted 2026-06-24 after all 12 services were migrated to this OVH
host and verified live (DNS reconciliation showed no records pointing at
the old IP). Update README, CLAUDE.md, migration-plan, and
services-inventory to reflect completion.

Added troubleshooting procedures for three recent issues: client portal
500 errors from uninitialized pdf_variables, MariaDB healthcheck
failures from password desync, and duplicate Stripe gateways. Included
root causes, detailed fixes, and notes on the upstream pdf_variables
bug in Invoice Ninja 5.13.22.
Service was never used in production and has been fully decommissioned.
Removing the entry to keep the inventory accurate and reflect current
active services only.
- Captures three newly deployed services: n8n (hyperthrive), n8n-test, and formbricks
- Documents all docker-compose configurations in configs/services/
- Adds comprehensive services inventory with container details, networks, and domains
- Includes deployment logs tracking service additions on 2026-05-14
- Initializes documentation structure with disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational guides
- Establishes configuration templates and migration tracking
- Infrastructure as code foundation for OVHcloud production server (15.204.247.153)
