Decision-memo format
When surfacing a decision, tradeoff, or interpretation call, never bury it in a status paragraph. Use this four-part memo:
- Headline — one line naming the decision.
- Options as concrete A/B examples — actual code/command snippets side by side when the difference is code; never prose descriptions of the difference.
- Recommendation — with confidence % and the single deciding reason.
- Explicit ask + default — state what happens if the user says nothing.
