cc-architect audit 2026-07-16: plugins/cc-architect scripts' plugin_config.rb audit assumes marketplace id cc-os, but cc-os plugins are installed under local-plugins via symlinks — produced the same false 'not installed' finding in all seven os-* audits. Detect the actual marketplace/install source instead of hardcoding.

Fixed in cc2f291: plugin_config resolves marketplace from installed_plugins.json; verified false 'not installed' gone for os-status.
