With gate placement, the agent charter, and the late-gate routing decided, record the design via /os-adr:create and write the fully specified implementation ticket(s) (pipeline-ready acceptance criteria). Decide here whether #308 is closed as superseded or repurposed as one of the implementation tickets.

Resolution (2026-08-07)
ADR-0107 recorded (docs/adr/0107-dedicated-test-lint-fixer-agent-with-early-test-lint-gate-and-path-routed-late-gate.md). Implementation spec'd as two pipeline-ready tickets: #317 (agent + early gate) and #318 (late-gate routing), each with transition-table test coverage in its acceptance criteria. #308 closed as superseded. The map's route is fully walked.
