Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Running the os-sdlc test suite (ruby tests/all.rb) leaves an untracked file literally named '(string)' in plugins/os-sdlc/ containing a small Config class fixture — some test writes to a path derived from a nil/placeholder name. Found 2026-08-02; it was accidentally committed once during #231 work. Locate the offending test and give it a tmpdir path.
Duplicate of #234 (filed earlier, same '(string)' artifact bug, more specific hypothesis re: rubocop -a in-memory source). Closing this one; tracking continues on #234.
