What to build

Remove the contradictory frontmatter contract from ~/Documents/SecondBrain/vault-conventions.md. Specifically: remove date-prefixed filename convention, remove source: as a tag (it belongs in frontmatter as a field), and remove scope/global as a tag. The authoritative schema is defined in docs/memory-system/09-sb-content-plan.md under "Standard Frontmatter Schema" — that schema should become the single contract in vault-conventions.md. All other existing content stays intact.

Acceptance criteria

vault-conventions.md contains exactly one frontmatter schema definition
Date-prefixed filename convention removed
source: defined as a frontmatter field, not a tag
scope/global removed from tag taxonomy
All other existing vault-conventions.md content preserved
