cc-architect audit 2026-07-16: plugins/os-vault/hooks/config.py:24 default graph dir drifts from config.yaml's graphify-out; plugins/os-vault/eval/README.md still claims the WS2 baseline grid has not run though the wording loop completed 2026-07-07.
