cc-architect audit 2026-07-16: (a) plugins/os-backlog/lib/backlog/config.rb:29-30,45 — dead legacy Config#board / #configured? left after ADR-0042 Planka retirement (may belong to in-flight retire-planka-git-issues-only OpenSpec change); (b) bin/wakeup-poll deviates from ADR-0025 single-dispatcher rule with no recorded .decisions/ exception.

Fixed in cc2f291: dead Config#board/#configured? removed, tests retargeted (85 runs green); ADR-0025 exemption for bin/wakeup-poll recorded in plugin CLAUDE.md.
