cc-architect audit 2026-07-16 (final-report.md): plugins/os-context/skills/audit-sessions/references/rubric.md:35-37 still judges against a Planka boundary retired by ADR-0042. The biweekly orchestration IRL audit will grade against a retired rule until updated.
