Surfaced during os-sdlc design discussion (2026-07-16). os-context should lint installed/repo skills for context-window hygiene: SKILL.md files using progressive disclosure for complex tasks (reference/ files loaded on demand rather than inline), and file sizes kept reasonable so task focus isn't bloated. Analogous to os-doc-hygiene's file_length signal but aimed at skill structure. Relevant: plugins/os-context/.
