Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Optional reviewable report listing EVERY scanned file: path, categorization, matched rule (trigger glob) or unmatched, shortlisted-vs-cleared, and reasoning. User reviews it like .dochygiene-rules.json and decides per file-type: clean out / move to vault / mark keep (never reassess again) / add IGNORE glob to prune from future scans entirely. Motivation (2026-07-15): first cc-os check showed 384 scanned -> 44 signal-bearing -> 3 findings with no visibility into how the 44/384 were categorized; a reviewable inventory closes that loop and feeds IGNORE/keep rule growth.
Migrated 2026-07-16 from Planka board cc-os, column Backlog (ADR-0042, change retire-planka-git-issues-only).
