Design (this card) before building. A pull-based unified view across all Planka boards: highest-priority cards, Waiting items, WIP state. Lightweight JS app (like ~/dev/thinkfast/ — explicitly NOT Rails), served from OVH, reading the Planka API via the planka_bot account. Replaces the dropped morning digest and SessionStart brief (2026-07-09 notification policy — no push-style briefs). Output of this card: a short design doc + follow-up build cards.

NOTE (2026-07-16): explicitly deferred by decision — revisit only if the lack of a unified view over git issues becomes a felt pain point (ADR-0042).
