Item 1 (CLAUDE.md split) shipped 2026-07-08. Items 2-3 (logging proxy, cyolo profiles) remain per docs/plans/system-prompt-profiles-assessment.md. This work is deferred pending evals finishing — confirm no evals are in flight before starting.

Migrated 2026-07-16 from Planka board cc-os, column Backlog (ADR-0042, change retire-planka-git-issues-only).
