What to build

Apply all fixes from the Known Issues table in docs/memory-system/09-sb-content-plan.md to the four notes that need patching. The two convention notes required no fixes and are excluded. All fixes must be applied before authoring new notes — stale patterns propagate.

Fixes per note:

reference/agent-orchestration-patterns.md

Add tool/claude-code tag
Add last_reviewed date
Add caveat to tool-specific sections marking them as version-sensitive

reference/agent-orchestration-cookbook.md

Add tool/claude-code tag
Add last_reviewed date
Add caveat to tool-specific sections marking them as version-sensitive
Fix non-enum subtype: cookbook — remove or replace with a valid sub-type
Replace duplicated glossary with a pointer to the patterns note

howto/design-mode-workflow.md

Fix scope: global → scope: project
Add project/design-mode tag
Remove future-capability markers and internal file path tables

howto/airtable-mcp-setup.md

Add inline comment flagging Step 3 as a project-customization point
Note that update_note: experience-driven is now documented in the schema

Acceptance criteria

All four notes patched per the fixes above
No note retains any frontmatter field or tag that contradicts vault-conventions.md
agent-orchestration-cookbook.md subtype is a valid enum value (or removed)
howto/design-mode-workflow.md scope is project, not global
Both reference notes carry last_reviewed and tool/claude-code tag

Done — patched 4 PoC notes (cookbook subtype → pattern/framework, glossary de-duped to wikilink, design-mode scope→project, added tool/claude-code tags + last_reviewed).
