Question
When :calibrate persists what the judge assessed beyond confirmed rules, is that record informational (human-readable only) or operational (read by future runs)?
Resolved: operational. Persisted assessments are read by future :calibrate runs so the same files aren't re-judged every pass (saving judge tokens/time), and remain human-readable. Third role decided at charting: the file is a discussion surface — the human can reference any entry and discuss/change its categorization with the AI, feeding better calibration over time. Decided in wayfinder charting 2026-07-15.
