Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Question
Catalog non-code / process-artifact file and directory patterns across ~3-4 local repos (e.g. cc-os itself, plus recently active projects under ~/dev) — spec dirs, handoff files, PRDs, scratch notes, eval outputs — and draft seed rule candidates with proposed lifetimes for each pattern. AFK research ticket.
Research captured on branch research/clutter-inventory: docs/research/clutter-pattern-inventory.md — 19 patterns cataloged across cc-os/delta-refinery/hyperthrive_dev/llf-schema. Biggest wins: graphify-out/ and hyperthrive's handoffs/ trees are large, regenerable/served artifacts (high confidence prune candidates); autoresearch/ and eval results/ dirs need extract-then-delete treatment.
