Post-#294 merge, these still mention the retired plugin names in prose: plugins/os-sdlc/reference/standards-and-conventions.md, operators-manual.md, self-improvement-loops.md, plugins/os-sdlc/docs/plan-first-real-run.md, plugins/os-aidd-lint/references/tier2-charter.md. Update opportunistically when those plugins are next touched.
