Context

Surfaced while verifying #257's 'artifacts pass os-aidd-lint' AC: capture/list/route SKILL.md carry pre-existing Tier-1 findings (hard-wrap autocorrectables, sentence-complexity, plus advisory step-owner/file-length notes). Out of #257's scope — no skill files were touched there. Fix via /os-aidd-lint:fix.

Resolution

Done: Tier-1 aidd-lint findings cleared in capture/list/route SKILL.md: hard-wrap autocorrected, all non-advisory sentence-complexity findings split; advisory step-bulk/step-owner/trailing-prohibition notes intentionally left (out of scope per ticket title).

Evidence: branch main, commit 32ef3e6

Follow-ups: #315 (linter sentence-boundary regex blind spot found while fixing); advisory-tier restructuring dropped as out of scope.
