Seed first batch of typed notes and update vault-conventions 

Adds 6 proof-of-concept notes across three new note types:
- convention/: sandi-metz-code-philosophy, progressive-disclosure
- reference/: agent-orchestration-patterns (hub), agent-orchestration-cookbook (detail)
- howto/: airtable-mcp-setup, design-mode-workflow

Updates vault-conventions.md with authoritative type definitions,
standard frontmatter schema, and Note Types authoring guide.
Creates convention/, reference/, howto/ directory structure.

Notes require Phase 1 patches per 09-sb-content-plan.md before use.
